Dropped my wedding dress off on May 7th. Explained that it had already been through one wedding three years ago, had not been cleaned and would be used for another in June. I spoke with three different people about it for an elongated period of time. I was assured that it would be done by the last week in May. When I didn't get a phone call that week, I called them. I was informed that my dress was not finished. I asked to speak to the manager. The lady said he wasn't there and that she would have him call me. Two days went by. I called again and got to speak to the manager. He apologized for not having it ready and said it would be done in 2 days. He made the excuse, "They must have thought it was for after the wedding. That's just usually when we get them." I reminded him that this dress was in between weddings and needed to be cleaned sooner rather than later. He apologized and stated that "usually, we don't have a rush on the dresses." When it was finally ready, I still received no phone call. I had to call and ask if it was done... this was 3-4 days later. The dress was beautifully clean and I was compensated $20 off the quoted price. However, I made sure that they had all of the information about my dress when I dropped it off, and they still dropped the ball. I'm very disappointing in this local company. My frustration SO could have been avoided.

Had an interview in the next two days. Had a tear in my slacks, the seamstress repaired my slacks and then had them dry cleaned and ready for my interview in the next two days looking brand new. I looked sharp and got the job. They have my business as long as I live in Flagstaff.

Had one issue with this place but they made right by their mistake. I am always so impressed with the service we receive when dropping off or picking up. I don't think I have ever waited more then 10 sec before someone is assisting me. I do really appreciate the fast and courteous service.

Best Around - I've had five star cleaners in California who cover buttons, look for seams and buttons to automatically reinforce, get out stains without them being pointed out, etc, but you pay highly for such service. Ogdens is a good cleaner, a little high priced for standard service, which I'm sure will go up with the minimum wage hike. I've lost buttons and then have to pay for new ones to be sewn on. Such is the price of wearing suits to work.

Ogdens is terrific. They did alterations on a leather jacket that were perfect.
