    This has become a large, very spacious and convenient transportation center and commuting hub. I have used it often during my train rides to Chicago. 
    Because of good use of space, it does not feel crowded when busy. It does its job of moving people quickly and efficiently. 
    There are a great number of stores and restaurants to browse if you have time.
    It is close to Union Station which handles Amtrak traffic, easy to make train connection.

Easy to move around, this hub is a great spot for relaxing before your train comes. They have food places like McDonald's, Jamba juice, Starbucks, and even a CVS for other non food items. Outside there are homeless people, but the place itself is good.

Great transportation hub. Nice food courts and small shops. Place is clean. Expect lines at the bathrooms during peak hours. Most stores close early on Sunday. Plenty of signs to give you departure information.

Love it! 99.9% of the staff on the Chicago to Kenosha trains are awesome! I wish I knew their names! They are So polite and profesional, Train is a little pricey if you commute every day but I can't complain they're reliable and  they get me safely to my destination!

Easy to board trains. If you want coffee or a quick bite they have a few options. Nothing that  appealing. Hard to see signs.
