This place is heaven. Very nice atmosphere and quick service. I’ve literally been eating here for the past 3 days and I’ve yet to be disappointed. It’s not that easy finding a great ramen spot, but Ohho Ramen is definitely a great one. I’ve had their Tonkatsu, Shoyu and Miso Ramen, and they were all great choices. Very happy I decided to stop in. Obviously, I will be back. I encourage you all to come too.
Unfortunately there are not a lot of good places to eat Japanese food, but this is an exception. It is not going to be mind blowing, but it hits the spot everytime. The waitress was very nice. I stop here everytime I'm in the area. One of the best restaurants in the aventura area.
Delivers via Uber eats. Pork buns were kinda small, but you do get 3. Pad thai was standard. I do like that they have dim sum, maybe it would be better if actually going. Just getting delivery was a little pricey.
We've ordered Boba tea and food to go from this location for many years. It's in close proximity to Oleta River State Park and is our hands down favorite place to go for tea after a trail ride. The tea is awesome as it's light, fresh and flavorful with the ability to customize the sweetness . This place was instrumental in converting me to a boba tea fan whereas previously I'd thought it no big deal. The food is simply delicious, consistently fresh with generous portions. We finally dined in and the picture shows the Har Grow shrimp dim sum, Singapore Laksa Lemak and Miso Ramen with vegetarian chicken and all had incredible depths of flavor...as always :- The service is always great. Thanks for keeping up the excellent experience during these trying times.
Unfortunately I have to give this place only 2 stars for the service because the food is excellent. You cannot run a restaurant on a shoestring and skeleton staff ESPECIALLY when your food is good and your business gets busy with eat-in and take out customers. We waited 30 minutes just for our two bubble teas, never received two of our orders. All the other tables around us were complaining as well for the poor service. I hope they get their act together as online reviews can make it break a business.
I always try to find good dimsum and all restaurants serving Vietnamese and Japanese food whenever I travel, and this place is a hidden gem! I ordered a tonkotsu ramen and my husband had Kimchi spicy ramen. The spice level, to him, is about 3 on the scale 1-5. The tonkotsu ramen is so delicious. It has a hint of bamboo shoots but not too intense. And ohhh man the pork belly in the ramen is so tender and flavorful. If anyone thinks the soup is bland I don't know what to tell you but we're here on a Saturday night, it wasn't busy at all, all of our food came out so yummy. The shrimp dumplings are fresh and juicy inside, you gotta try it! The bubble tea is fine, however. I prefer Gong Cha and Kung Fu Tea. I ordered extra steam shrimp dumplings to-go before leaving town! They were out of tofu pudding which is a bummer but I'll definitely come back next time!
Ohho combines great tasting food, generous portion sizes and a laid back atmosphere to form a great dining experience. Upon entering the restaurant my eyes were immediately drawn to the décor. On the left is a mural while on right numerous Buddha statues adorn recessed alcoves along a brick wall. Overall I would describe the aesthetic as laid back chic oriental. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the menu has color pictures for each major item, making it much easier to understand what exactly you are ordering. The menu contains dishes from various Asian cuisines with a focus on dim sum and noodle dishes. For starters my table ordered the Pan fried Pork Dumplings, Shrimp and Chive Dumplings, and Baked BBQ Pork Buns. They were all good, though I particularly liked the Pork Dumplings. For an entree I ordered the Hong Kong Crispy Noodles and my friend ordered the Pad Kra Pow Chicken. The Entree portions sizes were generous and the dishes were well presented, looking exactly like the menu portrayed them. The crispy rice noodles on their own tasted delicious, and when combined with the stir fried beef and vegetables and a thick broth at the bottom of dish It made an interesting and enjoyable array of textures and tastes. My friend thought the Pad Kra Pow Chicken was on point. I will definitely eat here again next time I am in the area.
At first glance of the exterior, I wasn't expecting much from a strip mall noodle place in Sunny Isles. Ohh Ramen surprised me in a good way. The decor inside was quite beautiful. I loved the furniture and the beautiful paintings on the wall. .... The good: I ordered the Ramen Tonkotsu with short rib. My dish was really good. I had them make my egg well done forgive me ramen Gods. The soup was a pork broth and the noodles were tasty and soft. The short rib was really the main attraction. It was tender and flavorful. .... The Bad: My friend ordered the Duck noodle soup and a bubble tea. We were extremely underwhelmed. It was kinda tough and bland. She did enjoy the noodles and broth will skip next time. .... Sum: In the end my fellow foodies. Take a trip to Sunny Isles and try the Ramen at Ohho Ramen Dim Sum . I know I'll be back to explore the rest of their menu. Stay hungry my friends!!!
The food was incredible. While I wasn’t the biggest fan of the pork broth, overall it was bomb. In a good way. the BBQ Pork Belly Bao was incredible and left me wanting more. The service however was good for the most part; just wish it didn’t take 4 tries to get drinks water I assume it was just one of those days where they had to take care of a lot and simply slipped their minds but it wasn’t busy. On the plus side though, there’s a bit of a promotion where you get free bubble tea with your meal? Who knows how long that’s going to last so take advantage! Maybe today was just one of those days for them in terms of service.
Fantastic food and great ambience. Will be back to try a variety of their dim sum. I had the shoyu ramen $13 which was great. My mother had the mixed fried rice which was not overly salted so that was perfect for her. Topped off the meal with a chocolate hazelnut toast$10, looking at the size I didnt think we'll finish it but it was super soft and light you didn't wanna stop eating. Really cool place, with great portions, excellent quality and affordable prices.
