Okay enough as far as BMVs go. Never really had too much trouble here just make sure you come prepared with everything that you're going to need and expect a wait of some sort

This was by far the most efficient, friendly, and pleasant BMV experience of my life. I was to renew my driver's license within 5 minutes!

I drove over 2 hours from out of state to have a vehicle inspection done to obtain a title. When I walked in I was sized up by the front desk worker. Chase. The one with the right arm in the cast. Then when asking for an inspectio  i was told i needed an ohio address to proceed. I said I don't have one, what do I do? He said sorry man can't help you. You need an ohio address to get a title. I stated again I don't have one I'm from michigan. Then he tells me sorry about your luck. With no direction or advice on how to get a title for the bike. Horrible experience. Btw chase. Out of state resident don't need an inspection. They can get a title from the county clerks office with just id and proof of lien satisfaction.

What a joke!!!!   Why a manager doesn't take a look at their staff and make appropriate changes is beyond comprehension.   I am writing a letter to the Mayors office.   Maybe that office will care!
