After having traveled 30 miles to get part, we arrived right at closing time.  Door was locked and employees were leaving.  They graciously opened to allow us to get our part.  Thank you, Ohio CAT, Youngstown

I came in with my own fan belts they took the job with great gusto.294 $ dollars later cashier announced My debit card has no money across the entire building. Said she tried it 3 x's and 3x's declined .The truth is my card has a chip and there system wasn't updated to handle the new chip. She had to type it in manually and bingo it worked. Lazy ass

Called in advance, they said get here asap. I showed an hour before closing they were able to repair a broken wire inside the engine and have me back on the road before they left.
