BEWARE!!!!  My wife cancelled an appointment but was charged a “No show” fee.  We have left several messages for the office manager, the doctor’s wife, to discuss, but she will not return our calls.  The office associate said that if we don’t pay that the bill will be sent to collections.  This amount to fraud and extortion.
