I talked on the phone to someone about seeing a home in Centerville and I was treated incredibly rudely. The home was WELL within my price range (which is $350k, which should be fine) and I was told that "We only work with high-end buyers and sellers, ma'am." When I said all I wanted to do was see a home, the man on the phone pulled the old "going through a tunnel" thing on me. THERE ARE NO TUNNELS IN CENTERVILLE.

These people are jerks and I would never recommend them to anyone. In fact, I will go out of my way to recommend their competitors.

William Sheehan is an excellent realtor who has an excellent knowledge on selling homes under probate.  He knows the laws and is an excellent resource for the seller.

We had a great experience with Will at Ohio Real Estate Guys. He was friendly and professional and showed us homes for sale that matched our exact wants and needs. We were so impressed with how quick he responded to all our questions and he was able to schedule home showings for the same day we requested them. We loved using his website to find homes for sale- it was easy to navigate and helped us in our home search.  I would recommend Will and the Ohio Real Estate Guys to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Dayton or Cincinnati area. Great experience, friendly service.

Will has truly been amazing to work with on selling my home!!!! An absolute Godsend!!! I'm so grateful for his expertise. He has been very prompt at responding to my questions & concerns throughout the whole process, and always has had great optimistic suggestions. Also he is highly motivated as a realtor, which I very much needed & appreciated! I highly recommend Ohio Real Estate Guys!!!

Will Sheehan with Ohio Real Estate Guys was absolutely amazing! He spent countless hours with us looking at numerous houses until we found the perfect one. He was patient with me and all my questions and dealt with me sending him houses to view at all hours of the day and night. He has been great through this entire process and always available when we need him! Will is very knowledgeable about the local real estate market. If we had to do it all again, we would choose Will ten times over. It was nice to have someone always in our corner. Thanks Will!!
