If I could give these people 0 stars I would.  I wanted to make an offer on a house and never got a call back from the listing agent .  After three days I decided to call another agent from the same company listed on that mls listing.  I told her I wanted to make an offer and she said she would gather the paperwork and call me back in two minutes.  Never called back!  I called back again and left a message.  Nothing.  A FEW DAYS LATER (AFTER THE HOUSE SOLD) I GOT A CALL BACK SAYING "SOOOORRRRY."   Its not just one agent, its the WHOLE OFFICE that needs adjusting.

Mike understands relationships and how to maintain trust and loyalty.  We don't know how he does it but, he is "Johnnie on the spot" giving great insight to the current state of a property and seeing the full potential.  He is honest with an underlying kindness to sensitive concerns.  Thanks for all the hard work!
