Total joke and rip off. I had to use this company because of my warranty company. My furnace wasn’t working the inducer fan was growling and wasn’t working period. Tony comes out and says needs fan. Has the warranty company order part then he comes back out and installs it guess what still doesn’t work. Has warranty company order igniter then comes to install it and still not working then says def need a gas valve that’s your problem so has warranty company order one and then comes out to install that and furnace half ass works. Says there ya go. I keep my mouth shut. Furnace quits working about 6 hrs after he left so I call back up and he comes out and says you need a furnace... ok fine get me a new furnace whatever and it’s gonna cost me out of pocket $350 for duct work modification and updated exhaust. Ok I agree to it. At the 3 month mark from when I filed the claim and after Tony tells me I’m on a waiting list now he comes out and installs my new furnace. After installing he says I don’t have enough gas pressure from outside and he has the furnace to where it will put out heat by cranking my regulator outside all the way up but I need to get the gas pressure fixed by calling my gas company. I pay the $350 bc I think he is being honest with me and I’ll have the gas company come out and I’ll be good to go. Gas company comes out says 1st someone cranked the reg all the way up which is illegal and 2nd is Lilly pumping liquid into furnace which will hurt furnace. He set pressure outside to spec and checked inside and was still too low inside and says the gas company equipment is good. I call Tony back to inform him and his response is “ sorry I can’t do anything for you” i was fed up with all of this so I call a trusted local company and they properly diagnosed my issue with the gas line and informed me that too large of a furnace was installed and I don’t have enough return air so my furnace runs until it overheats the. Shuts down and once it cools runs again. They also inform me my blower was turned all the way up to probably hide that. I had them install a large return air and fix my gas pressure issue and I was up and running finally after 4 1/2 months. I called the warranty company and Tony and neither wanted to reimburse me for my out of pocket expenses so I filed with the BBB and after doing that the warranty company reimbursed me my deductible and my out of pocket stuff but this joke of a company says he didn’t do anything wrong and isn’t giving me my money back. Beware of this con artist he has no clue of what he is doing he just wants to throw parts at something to see what sticks and not figure out why the part failed like a true technician should.

Tony did a great job installing the new HVAC system. He is a very busy guy but does an excellent job!

Tony has been to our house twice for warranty claims. Tony is very personable and does a great job of communicating. Old Republic is where I see the communication breakdown when making a claim. Once Tony is involved, he is courteous and professional. In and out for a furnace repair on a Sunday morning. Thanks Tony!

I used this company "Tony" through my home warranty company (Old Republic) that came with my new home. People are leaving bad reviews because they expect to have a home warranty claim fixed in a couple days. I was one of those people until I realized that I am not the only person in central Ohio with a home warranty. Just know that these home warranties are given out like candy at closing and the people that do the repairs for claims are swamped! That being said it took about 4 days to get out to my house and get an estimate for my home warranty provider. Then it took about 12 days after that to have it installed. The warranty company must order parts for the repair after the repairs approved. I had a jacuzzi tub repaired and a new sump pump installed with a new mid line check valve. The repairs were installed and work perfectly. I think most people assume a home warranty claim will get fixed immediately and that is simply impossible with the process of approval. I found Tony to be easy to get a hold of but he definitely seems to be a very busy guy since his phone rang with new claims several times both times he was at my home. I even saved his number for any repairs I might need in the future! Please be patient and you will get your issue fixed the right way.
