I highly recommend Ohio Valley Federal Credit Union. I prayed and God directed me to this office. I personally worked with Charles Ward, he was upfront, honest, respectful, fun, polite and genuinely cared about doing the right thing. They didn't try to sell us they actually helped us in other areas as a courtesy. The entire staff treated my wife, son and self with the upmost respect. The fees and interest was half what the big chains were going to charge. Give this team a shot you will not be disappointed. They will treat you like family and they are now a friend.

Great customer service.  Never had any issues and always friendly.  Loan officers go out of their way to help you out.  They go the extra mile making sure your happy.

I've been with this credt union for over 15 years they beat any bank I have ever been at, they also caught a major problem where a atv sale was trying to obtain Xtra money from me when the credit union was writing the loan.

Worst banking experience EVER they are so rude everytime i go in. I would never recommand anyone to bank there.

The worst customer service I have ever recieved. I have my auto loan through Ohio Valley, since the beginning my experience has been inadequate. The loan officer that handled my loan seems to have been poorly trained with little knowledge of what she is doing. For example, on my application paper she wrote the vin number wrong not once but three times, resulting in multiple unnecessary trips to the BMV. Then when she was supposed to be requesting my title from the BMV she requested a title to my previous vehicle, which then pushed back the process even longer. While explaining the documents on which to sign, she flew through them with little information. The process to get my vehicle legal took much longer than it should had thanks to her many amateur mistakes. Frankly she seemed like she had never done this before. When someone goes through something so big as to buying their first 20,000$ vehicle you want to have someone on your side that you can trust. Ohis Valley, Batavia is not the place for that. Also when I called to ask for help about an unknown charge on my account, I was treated very poorly and with no respect. In fact, I was told to "take my business elsewhere". Some professionals these people are. Then when I asked to talk to the manager she was just as rude. It used to be that the customer was always right, no matter how big or small the loan, the customer should be treated with respect at least. I am contemplating refinancing elsewhere where my membership is valued.
