If you thought the office staff was bad before, it's now worse. I've been a patient of Dr. Lynch for 20 years. He is great, so this is not about him. The person who answered my call was curt, not courteous. I did not have my insurance info with me, so I was not able to make an appointment as a 'new' patient. Then they hung up on me.
