Oildale Mutual Water Company is a private, not-for-profit corporation which was founded by area citizens to represent the interests of its customers/stockholders. Each of the 8,000+ retail customers is also a stockholder, having a personal interest in the company. This is the most horrible rude staff I have ever had to deal with, condescending and RUDE. If you can get out of their service do it!!! I would give them negative stars if it was an option!

I’ve been paying my water bill with them through their online portal for 3 1/2 years now. Never a problem. Now their website just takes you to a different site with lots of links that look like they could possibly be scams, and I’m worried that others might not realize this, and might think they’re paying their water bill but actually get ripped off from these other websites. Looks like somebody at Oildale mutual water might have forgotten to pay the webmaster 😳

Horrible, condescending office staff. Never had any problems until this company took over. Most unprofessional field staff I've ever seen. Not only lazy, but rude. Can't wait until they change again.

This filthy Company has been TEARING UP THE SEWER, dumping Rubbish and excavation garbage DEBRIS on a vacant lot in our street for SIX MONTHS NOW! Have complained to Mgr Doug Nunneley and was shocked at the RUDENESS AND THE ARROGANCE OF THIS CREEP ! --MONTHS AND MONTHS LATER THEY ARE NOT EVEN HALF WAY FINISHED- THEY HAVE APPARENTLY STOPPED WORKING AND IT LOOKS LIKE THEY WILL LEAVE THE STREET TORN UP FOR THE NEXT TEN YEARS AT THE PACE THEY ARE GOING. BACK TO THE ARROGANCE- THIS GUY HAS NO PLACE BEING THE MGR OF A PUBLIC UTILITY LET ALONE ANYTHING ELSE- SHUT HIM IN THE BACK ROOM AWAY FROM THE PUBLIC FOR ALL OUR BENEFIT.
