We were a large group,  but we did have a reservation.  It took a short time to seat us and then there was a super long wait for our food.  One of our group ordered coffee 3 times before he got some.  The food was satisfactory when it did arrive.

Saw a bunch of cops pulling into the place.  So figured that is the place to eat.  

Did not disappoint.  One of the best eggs Benedict I have ever had.

Cafe Emporium is an Ojai staple. The food is good, the service good, and they serve breakfast all day. What more could you want?

I love emporium. Great place to go for a good breakfast. Service is good and doesn't take long. Patio is my favorite place to sit, shady but not too sunny.

The perfect restaurant to stop at while touring Ojai.  The menu is delicious and varied. Service is attentive and there is ample seating. Parking can be a bit tight at the location but there is plenty of parking in the surrounding area. Check the hours before stopping by. Be sure to check out the bakery up front.
