Food was great and served hot! Very fast service.. Food was out with and 10 minutes of ordering. I did not like that they were out of the particular Tequila (Patron) I ordered and substituted it with another brand without my knowledge. They refused to correct the price difference.

Wow! Our food was wonderful, and they treated us like family! The salsa wasn't as spicy as we like it, but when we asked for something spicier, it was amazing!  We will definitely be back the next time we are passing through Cleveland!

minutes after bring seated..  no drink order, no waitress, no menu..  got up and left.  Too many options around to wait for service in an almost empty restaurant.

Great food, great service, great beer specials and always worth every penny.

Order Pollo Loco, Add Chorizo and get a side of beans. Your burrito will thank me.

Usually have a good experience,  but tonight, terrible. Hair in food, cold and terrible presentation, then when approaching the manager about the issues, he tried critizing my family when I told him it made us sick to our stomach.  Food was free but I'll never go back.
