Whom ever was answering phones 05/12/18 at 2:30pm needs to be fired. Very poor customer service. If it was the owner or manager answering the phone then this is a place NO ONE SHOULD EVER DO business with. I can afford to purchase an aluminum rim for a steer axle, when the man offered a steel axle instead because he said I couldn't afford aluminum, I assured him I could and could pay with cash. He said "I don't want your business" and hung up. This place will leave a trucker stranded, as they have just done now. Shameful, poor customer service, terrible phone etiquette. Don't list a 24 hr call out service number if 24 hr service is not available; it's not like you got the call in the middle of the night, it's 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. This business cannot be counted on, they will leave you stranded. Call at your own risk, they are untrustworthy and incredibly rude.

*side note- I've never left a review before but the man on the phone was of such poor character, I felt I had no choice but to warn others.

Took my truck there to get checked out they gave an estimate dropped truck off for repair when I came to pick truck up they charged me $200 more then the original price also they added a 15% charge on parts that came from NAPA
