I have been seeing Dr. Leitch and Dr. Wiens for years and have been so pleased with the level of care from the whole staff at Okanagan Dentistry. Even though I have moved out of the city I will always return to Okanagan Dentistry for my dental care!

Good experience with dentist, however dentist office charges WAY above fee guide so insurance doesn't cover what you expect and because of that the dentist also makes the patient pay upfront and wait for insurance reimbursement instead of taking payment from insurance direct. If you don't mind overpaying would recommend, however be upfront with your patients about your billing practices.

I've been going to this dentist since we moved here in 2001. Everyone is always friendly, knows my name the moment I walk in, and are knowledgeable and willing to assist with whatever you might need. Both Ian and Evan are excellent in their work and gentle with any complicated procedures, going above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable with whatever is going on. I always leave feeling refreshed and happy. I will continue to go here for years to come and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Best dentist I have EVER been to! Honest, kind, caring, informative, professional. I have been a patient of Dr Weins for 3 years and have found his level of care to be phenomenal. I came to him after some very negative experiences with other dentists and he was incredibly reassuring and understanding. He always takes the time to explain all my options, does not pressure me into anything I am uncomfortable with, acts as an advocate on my behalf with other dental professionals and always performs his work to the highest level of excellence. I have had root canals, a crown, extractions, fillings - you name it, he's done it all and I have never had a problem. He even calls me afterward to make sure I'm doing OK. The whole staff at Okanagan Dentistry are helpful, friendly and go above and beyond to make your experience with them the best it can be. Our whole family (including two children) love Okanagan Dentistry. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I've been going to Okanagan Dentistry for my entire life and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. After hearing about my friends "horror stories" at their own dentist I realize what amazing, personalized, and friendly service I've received here. I've gone through root canals, cavity fillings, and wisdom teeth removal and received zero pain during the procedures. Every staff member goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease!
