Came in, paid 150.00 for an x-ray that the receptionist said would be covered under basic - which would have been covered 100% - after receiving the x-ray, the receptionist changed her statement and said that now she has no idea whether or not it would be covered.  WOW the receptionist is quite an amazing liar!
