I had a pretty bad experience here. Firstly, I got ripped off pretty hard when I compare my operation's price with the price my colleagues pay. My jaw has never been the same, I have severe TMJ issues since my surgery. Dr Naito always seemed to be in a rush when I came in to see him for my follow ups regarding some of the infections I had developed after my wisdom tooth removal. He also was starting to get passive aggressive after I had questions regarding my infections (because he wasn't getting any additional pay I assume). He wasnt clear at all about the infections and he also was very fast at prescribing STRONG antibiotics, which have resulted me in developing pretty bad IBS (the antibiotics destroyed my gut).  I also have 2 big gaps in the bottom where my wisdoms were removed resulting in food always getting stuck there. I can deal with cleaning out my mouth constantly, but I cant really deal with the jaw issues. I wish I never got my wisdoms removed. Now I have to deal with a permanent bowel disease because of the incredible over prescribing of antibiotics,  the jaw issues, and the gaps in the bottom.

I experienced amazing care from everyone I encountered at the clinic. Dr.Naito went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well looked after. The staff were happy to answer any questions or concerns and I felt like my well being was their priority.

I only interacted with the front desk staff but I was trying to obtain information about a lip tie. The person who I spoke with was not able to provide any useful information and was quite rude on the phone.

Every person who works here is kind, professional and thorough. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable. You all do incredible work. I highly recommend.

I was in to see Dr Naito for an extraction 28 Aug/16.
I was very pleased with all the staff that assisted, from the receptionist at the front desk to the nurse who administered my anesthesia, and the other who monitored my BP. Many thanks to you all.
Much appreciation to Dr Naito for his follow-up the following day for an update on my recovery, and in the 2 wks following to update me on the biopsy that was taken.
Thank you all very much. I would recommend Dr Naito and his staff to anyone needing any type of his very professional procedures.
