These doughnuts are chewy but light and fluffy.  If I was on a cooking show,  I would talk about the great 'mouth feel'  We had the churro,  lemon,  and maple.  The mochi ring shape makes these great to share,  and easy to eat.  All the dough was the same a simple,  lightly sweet rice dough and then they put on toppings.  The maple was a lot like a regular maple bar,  the churro was tasty,  but the mochi dough really shone with the lemon.  Yum! We didn't get beverages,  because $3 for a doughnut is already pretty high,  but given food prices these days,  and how good these were, we'll definitely go back as a special treat.

These unique donuts are so delicious! I love how light they are. My favorite flavor is the ube, but the other flavors are also very good. Also ordered the watermelon smoothie and it was yummy. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommend this place and will be coming back.  UPDATE: Had to take a couple of stars off because they don’t open until 9 on Sundays; doesn’t make any kind of sense because why would you not open at 7 at the latest on the weekends when a lot of people and churches get donuts for breakfast? My husband went there this morning, but is now having to go to Daylight Donuts ‍

Went for the grand opening and was happily surprised. The cashier was upbeat and on top of everything. The rest of the staff was lovely and didn't seem to miss a bit. They made such interesting and tasty mochi donuts that even I could enjoy and I'm not a mochi fan. They're just that good haha The Taro milk tea and Lychee smoothie were both greatly delicious too. Would definitely go back when I'm craving something sweet and delicious.

Delish! First time having a boba tea so good! I had the Thai tea and the strawberry frosted donut. The texture of the donuts remind me of my mom's homemade donuts, chewy and soft! Price is what I expect for quality ingredients and service. These are the businesses that make Blue Springs unique. It's cheaper than Starbucks teas and pastries and they are better.

Sesame donut was really good! Really enjoy the mochi style donuts! They are not as sweet as normal donuts which I really like because normal donuts make me feel bad due to the amount of sugar in them. They have good drinks as well. Would recommend their taro teaFood: 5/5

I've been here multiple times and have never been disappointed.   Its one of my kids favorite places for a treat or Boba.  Cost is fine imo.  You are supporting a family run business that isn't your typical doughnut place.  Support local.Food: 5/5

I'm sorry I couldn't get pictures.  I absolutely love this place and have become a regular.  I understand some think it's overpriced, but think of what you're paying for.  These aren't regular American donuts, thank goodness. I bought a baker's dozen to share with my students and some staff and they absolutely loved them. They're made to be shareable.  You can buy one of each and everybody would be able to try a little bit of everything. My favorites are the glazed and the maple. But my weakness is the Thai Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Boba.  I try to get one once a week if possible.  I've tried other places and I just really didn't like it as much. Oki Mochi's had a lighter and fresher flavor. And now if you sign up you get points for every dollar spent!  I'm saving mine to buy another dozen at the end of the school year for my students and some for the family.

Delicious and unique donuts. Bubble tea and smoothies were also refreshing. Stopped by for the grand opening and I enjoyed the treats. My favorite donut was the lemon and the Oreo.

Been super excited for this place to open, went in and was recommended the sesame donut and coconut smoothie, and man if that wasn't one of the best donuts I've had it sure was close. Soft and chewy. The coconut smoothie with brown sugar Boba balls was soo delicious also. Looking forward to going back and trying the rest of the menu!

Went for the first time today and oh my — the donuts were DELICIOUS!! Also enjoyed a yummy Taro milk tea with the brown sugar boba pearls. Will definitely be back!Food: 5/5
