That Oklahoma Deaf and Hard of Hearing students have the same opportunities as all children to be successful in a barrier-free environment.
The Oklahoma School for the Deaf (OSD) is a residential school that offers educational options for Deaf children ages two through twenty-one. The campus occupies a 97-acre site in Sulphur, Oklahoma and includes a residential capacity of 230. The number of residential and day students served during the 2009 school year, was 174 OSD provided three satellite preschool programs – Edmond, Collinsville, and Chickasha.
