I was in a hit an run. I gave the description of the vehicle, and plate number, but they never followed up. Three weeks later the report was ready for pickup.  I landed up having to pay to get it fix & my insurance went up, even though it was not my fault. The Officer was nice, just wished he had helped me get justice.

The officers did not help me with justice being served I was ran off the road by a car that purposely tried to kill me and they did no help but harass me and accuse me of having drugs in my car I told them bring there kanine unit and search the car I have nothing and they searched it and found nothing and they let the suspects go after pulling them over and tell me I have to file a complaint and press charges to do anything about it but I also have to wait 3-5 business days to be able to do that and worry about my safety or me being attacked again

I went to file a report on a lost wallet with my DL and a host of credit, debit and forex cards. The officer was very courteous, easy to converse with and understanding of my lack of familiarity as I was from India with the process of filing a complaint. Even a lady who I spoke with on the phone assisted my greatly through my doubts.

I would like to express my HUGE thanks to the Old Bridge Police Dept.  I live in Wilmington DE, and my brother lives in Old Bridge, NJ.  He became incoherent, with slurred speech on the telephone and the Old Bridge dispatcher sent an officer and ambulance to his apt., and got him the care that he needed.  Kudos and thanks!!!!!
