Just moved here a month ago.  Like living in a resort.  24 hr gated security & full background checks make this coop community super secure.  Fitness center is excellent. Community is very friendly & welcoming.  Love the docks and waterfront.  Haven't had a chance to try the tennis, shuffleboard, etc.  I'm recommending this place to my family.  Not sure about the negative reviewer- I have only witnessed a well run close community here.  The grounds are superb, the huge recreation center has free or low cost events every week to keep everyone in the know and socially engaged.  The free water aerobics Mon, Wed, and Friday are great.  I ride my bike throughout this community day and night and feel very safe.  Loved seeing schools of fish, turtles, ibises, and the rest of the wildlife. Love it!

A lovely community with more than you need. Nice exercise facilities, friendly neighbors, lovely pools, right on the water. And it's close to the market. I'm not sure why it's not listed as a retirement community. And it's a co-op.

love old bridge.i only work for a company that services there but it is so peaceful.The people are always so friendly and looks like there lots of stuff to do there including sitting by the water and watching the manatee.
