First of all I will say moving in general is a very stressful life event. If you want to add to that stress whole at the same time loosing valuable time and money look no further than Margo Teeter at Old Colony in Charleston. She has some truest remarkable people working with her Steve and Ben but working with her was one of the worst experiences of my life. Not only did she misrepresented our home but my family and I felt like we were disrespected and our requests went ignored during the process causing a lot of stress and suffering that could have been avoided. I wish we had stipulated that we only worked with Steve and Ben then I feel that most of not all of these issues would have been avoided. In the end my home was sold but I just wanted to make other sellers aware of all the facts before they pick a realtor. I would list with Steve and/ or Ben in a heartbeat but never would I list with Margo unless I was looking for loads of stress and blatant disrespect for my home from someone who looked down on us from the second she entered my former home.

I have had the most miserable experience of my life for the funeral home using one of the Realtors here. After waiting sometimes up to eight days before getting a response I'm just a simple question you can imagine the frustration of trying to sign a contract and close. I finally reached out to the  Maine  broker in that office and and asked for another realtor  you helped me finished process. Much to my  it's made after three attempts to contact her  and no answers I finally just contacted the West Virginia real estate commission  and I'm filing a lawsuit.  I've never seen an office treat a disabled veteran getting their first VA loan and purchasing their first home ever in such a disrespectful way and not answering any questions whatsoever but believe me I will make sure everyone is where my experience. I'm closing thank God but the contract is not correct and it is already 10 days past closing most of the documents that the realtor sent to my bank were the completely wrong documents but I will be glad when it's over. I can tell you this oh, what was supposed to be one of the happiest occasions in my life has been the biggest nightmare and I will never forget why.
