Awesome place to spar, and learn from the best for sure ,great workout n boxing science n mechanics too, so you understand it ,offensively and especially defensively  too. I highly recommend it for sparring, training, stress relief and genuine love of the sport n spirit of old school boxing.... 5 stars in my book.....😎 you guys n gals ROCK ,keep up the good work.......💪🤘👌💣
