I ordered flowers for a friend who had to have her 13 year old dog put to sleep and was grieving, I asked that they deliver them that day, and also asked for roses and greenery, and specifically said that I did not like daisies. They were NOT delivered that day nor did they call to say that they were unable to get in touch with my friend, I had already given them permission to leave them on the door step. They felt that it was okay to be a day late on delivery, the shop is only a few miles from her house. When she finally received them, they were just left on her door step and they put a daisy right in the middle of the roses.  I'm assuming that they did this because I was upset about the late delivery and told them so, but the man answering the phone kept talking over me. We were both upset, but the fact that he stuck that daisy right in the middle is the main reason I'm leaving this long review, I probably would have just let it go otherwise.  That was just rude and BAD business.

Needed flowers for a funneral and Old dominion florist not only had the most amazing customer service but also created the most beautiful spray. Thank you for your moat amazing service!!!
