Had an urgent need for support as my high water alarm went off. Called Old Dominion, described the problem and they dispatched two guys within a couple of hours. Identified the problem quickly and fixed it. Also, as it had been many years since a pump out, another crew came at my request during the same time and they took care of that as well. Great service and  a fair price

Worked with me and stayed in contact regularly as the old septic system was assessed and replacement designed.  Contacted Chesterfield County Dept of Health and worked with their representative smoothly and without conflict. Developed an accurate estimate that was reasonable to get the work done right.  Kept me apprised of projected system cost prior to making commitments.  Determined that using a Soil Engineer, though an added cost, would reduce the overall cost of the replacement system.  Contacted, scheduled, and worked with the Soil Engineer and County reps.  Continued to monitor and pump the old system during interim to prevent waste problems. Worked with me when an electrical cost overrun arose to reduce the impact, and to implement the significant upgrade in system protection.  Minimized disruption to the yard and household operation. Overall, the entire staff was courteous and easy to work with.  I believe that beyond just doing excellent business, the owner and staff of Old Dominion Septic strive to build an ongoing relationship with customers. Their honesty and straight forward communication builds trust.  They do what they say they will, when it is scheduled or give advanced notice of changes beyond their control. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.  I was also impressed with the outside service people / companies they recommended.

Rediculous....called them 3 days in a row.  Elxplained to them it was urgent.  They said they would call me back each day.  I even tried to set up an appointment on line.  I will be calling someone else.
