Story

We'd like to thank you for checking out the Old Millstream Inn Restaurant and Beer Garden. We have been in operation as a restaurant & bar for well over 25 years (though it's not polite to ask one's age). However, we were shut down from August 2006- 2008 due to a massive fire. Therefore, we are extremely thankful to be back open and able to serve all the wonderful people that come through our doors (Well, some of you never come inside - you just sit outside, so I guess you don't really "come through the door" - but you know what we mean!) Even though we were able to rebuild and re-do some of the things after the fire, our kitchen is still quite small, so please be patient if you happen to notice our place is particularly crowded or so it happens to be a weekend evening. It takes us a little while to move a lot of volume through our tiny kitchen! We try to treat everyone the same way we'd want to be treated while following the owner's three simple rules: Don't Lie, Don't Cheat, Don't Steal. He's kinda like mom - always making you do the right thing!
