Why I did not like here. Even if the store is not crowded you can see bunch of people are waiting line for pay that what they bought. I don't remember her name one of staff she really helped me. I just showed an item on my phone. She said give me little time and she brought it. The store in the shopping center. When you enter the mall from main entrance it's gonna be front of you. Parking easy✅ they don't have restroom on first floor you must go second floor which is next to food court.

12/15/17 store was supposed to open at 9am.  Holiday hours its 931 really.

Worest and i mean it. Customer service is very bad they really need to fix this place up with some nice people and good clothes. I mean it. GET YOUR ACT TO TOGETHER

Customers Service at this place needs improvement. My wife and I was looking for maternity clothes. I approached the service rep named Jacki to ask for its location and answered us 'You got to read the signs'. Pleasant way to answer customers. Good job Old Navy on training your reps.

Viv was absolutely rude! As I walked into the checkout line with my son I saw her and another young lady ringing guests up.  She of course finished before the other young lady but walks away. So I'm standing there waiting and when I asked her why she couldn't ring me up she says because she isn't a cashier.  That was my first and last time coming to this old navy. I mean whatever happened to speedy checkout!!!
