Most of the staff was unhelpful. I wish I'd gotten the name of the young lady that helped me last time I was in. She was very kind & patient when I went in to do an online return. She's the only reason I'm giving 5 stars.

Unhelpful staff. I had put something on hold and ask them to keep it until the end of the day, showed up later and they hadn’t kept it. Horrible customer service on top of that

A person has to love the selection of clothing that is carried as this location. Shopping here there is always some sale going on, so you are going to definitely get the bang for your buck. This establishment is well maintained, clean and clothes are shelved nicely.

In my last review, I was very critical of this old navy because they had no plus sized clothing for men.  I went back into this old navy with my girlfriend just 3 days ago and to my surprise, there was a nice selection of fashionable, well-priced, plus-sized clothing for men.  Great Job Old Navy!
