Customer services is par, product selections are pretty good for the kids.  However, what ticked me off was the advertisements all over the store saying everything in store 50 percent off, my son and daughter's clothes was lable 60% off, I'm like yes deals deals deals, get to check out now every article of clothing coming up regular price reguardless of the huge sign saying 60 % off. I bought everything but I felt cheated.

No organization, racks were in disarray, and only 1 checkout person working with a line of people.

This old Navy is great, although if you're not a fan of crowds it is better not to go on a Saturday even in the mornings. (As far as jeans, this particular store is NOT for the tall ladies! They only carry short and regular length jeans at the store. I have found looking online for their tall pants is best.)

Long line wait for the cashier. 25-30 mins. Other than that - great.
