Yesterday I went to the camp hill pa capital city mall old navy Location around 8:30 pm, I found an item that I wanted to purchase and got in line by 8:45. There were two other people in line with about 4-5 items each. I waited 30 minutes from start to finish, and I had one item to buy. I received no apologies from either of the two employees working at the store, instead I got annoyed sighs , lack of eye contact and just over all a bad attitude.

I had gotten a gift certificate in the mail for a return, and during the excruciating long process of ringing up my purchase and processing my payment, I found the price had been entered wrong, then the validity of the gift certificate was brought into question, just what an annoyed customer wants to hear. The validity of the gift certificate was confirmed by the manager who also made no effort to apologize for the ridiculous amount of time that I had to wait to buy ONE item. Then I was asked for my drivers license?! Just a infuriating experience, i don't think I will be shopping at that location again. 

I've worked in retail, food service and customer service, I know the ins and outs of the industry and I understand their position and how they must have felt, but what I find inexcusable was the way they handled the situation, no apologies no effort to ensure that I had a good experience. 

Very disappointing.

A very well maintained old Navy with a great selection! I didn't have to wait long in line and they were kind enough to give me any discounts they had. Will definitely return!
