Very good food and fast service. A bit crowded and noisy tonight but still able to talk in the dining area. Interesting and varied menu. Really good fish and chips and the Big Noodle Mac & Cheese is awesome. Beer selection not great but decent number of regional and Virginian craft beers. Prices weren't too bad, except for the cost of the beers.

They seem more interested in recommending products for commission rather than what fits your needs. Happened twice already, and it’s blatantly obvious. When you repeat stuff to clarify, they look at you like a kindergartner. 

I’ll just ask my brother-in-law from now on. He found my solution lickety-split, as opposed to these glorified carnies.

would have to ditto with the last two reviewers.  customer service is lacking!  First time I was at this ACE location, no one ask if they could help me.  I had questions about a product they were out of, I got no where with Andrew (a manager)  I ask for the GM and Andrew refused to give me their name and kept indicating he was a manager.  I left the store and called back to ask inquire who their GM was and the associate ask why do you want to know........ Such Class!  I finally found out the real GM's name and plan on calling tomorrow.

Employees were condescending and didn't seem to know where anything was. Happy to drive somewhere farther away to get out of there.

Rick too a look at my project photo and offered a great DIY solution that I completed in 40 minutes. My purchase fit my budget, my tool space, and my future project needs. This is my experience every time at this Ace. Great place and people!
