I love old time Albuquerque its tiny and quaint and there's so much see and do. I frequently go there to get flattened pennies from the machines as well as visit each of the stores. You can find great gifts as well as delicious food either Mexican, hamburgers, pizza, or yogurt. I'm really looking forward to the Christmas event on December 1st. The Old Town Plaza is also within walking distance of multiple museums and a huge park with one of my favorite playgrounds.

Well after coming to Old Town Albuquerque on various trips over the last 20 years it seems it never changes. Well maybe some of the shops change and maybe some of the vendors on the street change but the flavor stays the same. Old Town Albuquerque a beautiful little Park surrounded by vendors who lay their Wares on the street or at least on the walkway in front of the stores and stores stuffed with so many goodies that anyone can find something that they just must take home. All sorts of Southwestern Flair in shops that seem to never end down Alleyways that have even more shops and more shops it's incredible. The restaurants varying quality and quantity so choose carefully the quality of goods is all over the map. Often quite excellent. Bartering is allowed so put on your best game face and enjoy shopping Old Town Albuquerque

We walked through Old Town for a few minutes during Christmas time for their Christmas events. It's a very cool area with tons of neat shops and restaurants. My grandparents and mother really enjoyed it during their visit.

Very cute shopping area. Great to walk around and many shops are dog friendly! I was able to get some more touristy items like t-shirts and magnets in addition to items made by local artists and members of the local Indian tribes.
