This store lived up to it's reputation for me. I had always heard good things about the store but never thought I would have a reason to go there. When I did have a coin to sell they beat the price quoted to me over the phone. I knew the value was fair as I had done the research. Thx Old World Coin!

Old World Coin, a brick and mortar superstore (also A++ website) w/ customer window seating & tables to provide convenience for research, calculating, and comfort. Show cases are full of fair priced quality coins and currency. Staffed by the friendliest experts in specialty fields. The weekly bid board auction promotes camaraderie and is a fun experience. Exceptional upgrade program and lay away. this is a 5 star experience I haven't had elsewhere.      John Pyrek

Old World Coin was very helpful and very honest helping us with a coin collection we inherited. The men there were very knowledgeable. Would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

100% Satisfaction!  - The staff at this coin shop are complete professionals.  I was told about this establishment from a co-worker that used them in the past.  I worked with Gary over the phone and Dave in the shop.  I brought in a coin collection that I needed to sell, and I know nothing about coins.  Gary explained (and educated) me during the entire process of valuing the coins.  He pointed out the good ones, and the bad, and explained the reason for both.  I drove from Indiana (2 hours each way), and I would do it again tomorrow.   I would never go anywhere else!

Excellent Coin Shop!  I don't know what these other reviews are talking about.  I've been a customer of this store for years and have received nothing but expert service and the fairest pricing I have ever experienced.    The bid board is one of a kind and the free coffee isn't a bad touch either.
