I've been shopping at the Bass Store for many years. The shoes, pocketbooks and clothing last for years. I'm able to share them with others, I put them in donated clothing and shoes bin. They are still in great condition. I was in the hospital, my roommate complimented me on my expensive pocketbook, I told her where I purchased it at, and I gave it to her. She was so happy, I've received 2 calls from her, thanking me. I went out last week and got another one. They are not expensive, even though they look like it.

Love this place. So glad the new owners are fixing it up after being neglected for years. It's been a Sussex County treasure for years. Hope they attract a great variety of unique little shops & quick eating spots again. I can't wait to see what's in store. Shopping at Lafayette Village was one of the reasons I moved up here 27 years ago.

there are very few stores left in this once great attraction. it is sad to see what this has become. I hope they find a way to turn it around. it's a shame!

Charged my card twice, I had to spend hours on the phone to get it reversed. Other than that, it's a good store, and I'd go there again, though will think twice about using plastic.

Loved the shops and the small pond, etc. The whole feel of the place was warm and inviting, but the last I saw, it was closed. Broke my heart! I used to bring our family pets there for a walk, they loved it too!
