Old Town Pet Resort is the best! My dog was rejected from staying at another facility because of bad behavior but at old town pet resort, they had absolutely no issues with her! My dog responds positively to true dog lovers. The attendant to dog ratio is the highest I've seen---- usually with 3 attendants to 5 or 6 dogs while in doggy day care. My dog got lots of love and care. I was able to view her on the web cam while in her private window suite or in doggy day care 24 hours a day. If I had an after hours question I emailed the overnight attendant and got a quick response back. The facility is extremely clean with no doggy odors. Classical music greets you when you enter the resort . The resort is pricey but it's well worth the peace of mind I have while away. Wouldn't take my dog anyplace else!

My dog love going here. I take him 2 times a week and he is so happy. They have web cams so I can check in and he is exhausted when he comes home.

I was looking for a pet hotel in case of need. They gave me a tour and the place is amazing. Nice suites with glass doors (the dog will feel less isolated), clean, new, no dog smell because of a air renewal system every few minutes. I felt good visiting the facilities. outside space fenced and someone 24/7. I was convinced but yet never left her. I am scoring the grooming she got here. When I came back to pick her up she looked so happy and smelled super good. The only problem is that the shampoo used gave her severe drandruff. I will give them my own next time. They are super nice. Will definitely come back again!

I wanted to share this business with everyone. Olde Towne Pet Resort is located in 4 locations and growing and I was able to tour one the other day. Specifically the Rockville location. I was absolutely blown away. The facility was spacious and meticulously cleaned spotless, I can honestly say it was actually sparkling. There was no feature or amenity overlooked, the pets staying there really were literally in a First Class Pet Resort. They spared no expense. The best thing and the absolute reason the facility won me over was the air quality. In the spacious cat hotel where the cats had supervised interactive play time with each other or had their own windowed cat suites, the air was crisp and fresh. In the indoor pool the scent of clean air flowed and the humidity was perfect. In each and every specifically designed dog boarding area there was fresh, clean, blowing air filling the room. They use hospital grade HVAC equipment. Every pet was comfortable and laying on their own cot or bed. Every pet could be checked on via a CAMERA 24/7 by their owner. The people were genuine and caring. Everyone I encountered on my tour seemed to be in the right place at the right time doing exactly what you would want them to be doing. In other words they were all working hard taking care of the pet's every need every step of the way. So let's recap; The facility is near flawless. The cleanliness was radiant all around and I could feel it with all my senses. Not one time did I compromise with uncomfortableness. The process seemed holistic and friendly.
