I recent bought a brand new Jeep from ole Ben Franklin motors in Knoxville TN I have to admit miss Dana and her co worker Micheal was the best at find exactly what I was looking for!!! They knew what they was doing very professional! I’ve recommended these two car dealers to anyone looking to buy another vehicle or first time vehicle purchase! If it wasn’t for them helping me so much I probably wouldn’t have bought a new vehicle! They was the best!!! I highly recommend Dane and Micheal to anyone! I definitely will be back to deal with them in the future!!

Nate took good care of me. He was willing to negotiate on a fair price for the vehicle. They installed brand new tint on the vehicle I purchased, as well as fixed a minor dent. Both were done for no additional charge. They delivered the vehicle to me, roughly 170 miles, on a flatbed. The delivery was also for no additional charge. Great experience.

Today I bought my second car from Robert at Ole Ben Franklin Motors. Robert really took great care of me. He was patient, informative, and took his time to make sure I got the car that really fit my needs. The finance team took great care of me. They made everything simple and worked with my budget. I will be coming back to Ole Ben Franklin for my next vehicle when the time comes.

Just after landing a new job I desperately needed a newer, more reliable vehicle. After finding the exact car I wanted online, Robert had it prepared for me, and after obtaining the info and test driving it, I traded in my old car and drove my new one off the lot. All of my questions were answered and I absolutely love my new vehicle! Robert made buying a car an easy, painless experience.
