Oak ridge ole Ben Franklin really came through for us! Brian Plumlee, Gino Magdos and Darell Watson and all the others really did everything they could to get us the best deal possible and make us feel comfortable while we were there. We love our car!!

Pleasant experience! We were in desperate need of a reliable car and Brian helped us find it. During the whole process, he explained everything step by step and answered all our questions without making us feel stupid, which is sadly hard to find in the business of selling cars. It was obvious he loves his job and loves helping people find a vehicle with a price tag that works for them. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I can not say enough about my experience with this place!  Especially with Ray Gilmore in sales!  I had been in a pretty serious car accident the week before, totaled my car.  My Husband and I were "just looking" for a possible replacement car. The insurance company had not even finalized our claim yet.  Since we had been treated so nicely and received such great quality when we purchased our car here before , we decided to see if they had anything close to what we were looking for this time around.

Ray introduced himself, and looked after us like we were family.  Once he heard about my accident, I feel he went the extra mile to help us.  Luck was on our side, he had something hat fit our needs perfectly.  I was thinking we would just have to put a "Hold" deposit on the car until our insurance company finalized everything.  But, Ray and his co-workers handled everything for us!  They called our insurance company, they called our bank, they made it possible for us to take the car home the same day.  

With the stress of the accident upon us, Ray and the crew made our lives easier within 2hrs of stepping onto the lot.  I can not express how thankful I am.  I would recommend Ray Gilmore and this dealership to anyone!   Thanks for making replacing my totaled car a breeze!  God Bless!
