It was just before Christmas when my mother in law passed, my husband wanted to put his mom to rest as soon as possible before Christmas, they could have said they couldn't do it but they did they accommodated us to do it on Christmas Eve, Thank you to the whole staff who went above and beyond to make this easier for my husband and his family. High turnover of staff. Could not get consistent help, especially on burial day. There was lots of confusion and misdirection. Grave not tended well. So sad.

We were met with compassion and empathy on every step of this difficult journey. My husband was despondent, Zoe, the Funeral Director and Charles, the Cemetery Director were amazing in how they slowly drew him out. We had a medical emergency right there in the conference room and it was handled efficiently and with dignity. The care we were offered was significant enough that we will be making our arrangements through Zoe and Charles.

Ask for Donna, she works weekend and makes it all clear. However she handles contracts not the casket and other content. We went in as a group of 12 after a loss in the family. They helped set everything up for each of us: Marker (Grave stone), casket color, flowers or not, cremation or not, what the hospital should do, what kind of insurance or payment plan you want, the whole deal. It's simplified just don't expect to be out in an hour, take a day to do this. (Obviously common sense). I may come off as insentive but I'm not, this is a big deal. You dont want to leave your family in debt with a few grand or wondering what way you wanted to be buried. You may be 27 or 64. It's never to late and do it soon. I only gave a 4/5 because on your part you need to be smart and keep receipts and be on top of your contracts, (Insurance and Lot/Market etc.). I hope this helps.
