They say that they cater weddings. But I drove an hour and a half to meet with a "catering specialist" like the website says. But turns out you can only book your wedding caterer 30 days prior to your wedding. Who would wait that long? So if you're having a last minute wedding I'd use olive garden. Also going in to talk to someone all they did was hand me the to go menu.

The food was fine, but the service was not. My kids and I were ignored, silverware wasn’t given to us and I had to wait 10 minutes for our server to return. Other servers in the area also didn’t seem to care (wasn’t their table). Our food also came out much later then a table that arrived and ordered after us. Like I said we felt ignored. Will not go back. This was the 2nd time after another underwhelming visit a year ago. I use to love Olive Garden back in the late 90s early 2000s. They are not the same.

Food was excellent, service was good. Only issue was felt a little crowded in the way the tables are laid out. Update 05 Jan 18 - wasn't thrilled this time. Crammed our party of 5 into a small table for 4. Made the time there feel cramped and uncomfortable. Also, it is colder than normal (2 degrees out with a -15 wind chill) and they put us by the big windows and you could feel a definite chill. They should at least put the blinds down our something to help.

It is what it is. It's Olive Garden. The good is good an all, but far from authentic Italian good. Authentic or not, their entrees are quite good, and there's just something about their house salad dressing that can't be beat.

Our family likes the Olive Garden chain, but the staff here seems super friendly and attentive. By far the best Olive Garden I've been to.
