My husband and I ate here tonight for the first time. We’re from Texas, where I worked at an Olive Garden actually. I have to say the food was yummy and our server Jason was great. We’re definitely coming back!

I have eaten at many Olive Garden locations and the experience has always been great. This review is specifically relating to Olive Garden Catering, which was not a great experience for me. The biggest problem was with the delivery time. The website clearly indicates that the time specified is the time when you "want to start eating."  As such, I anticipated the delivery driver arriving 15 minutes or so ahead of that time in order to set up and deal with any unanticipated issues. However, the driver actually arrived 10 minutes late to the specified time. The second problem was with plates and cutlery. I called several days before the event and talked to an actual person in order to make sure that the order would be delivered with plates and cutlery. They assured me that it would be. The driver, upon arrival, was surprised when I asked about the plates and cutlery and told me that she never brings those items unless they are specifically requested (which, I had done) but all she could do was show me her delivery ticket which said nothing about plates or cutlery. Heck, why not have drivers keep plates and cutlery in their car, just in case? If the driver had arrived 15 minutes ahead of "go time" the issue with the plates would have been a minor annoyance, but as it was, it turned out to be an event killer. Have you ever tried to eat spaghetti without a plate and a fork? In formal wear?

We go here all the time and absolutely love this location! The wait is never unreasonably long and the customer service and waiters/waitresses are always top notch. Will always choose this Olive Garden because of the customer service!

I always love eating at the Olive Garden here in Layton because they seems to always have the best service, and the wait is not insanely long like most Olive Gardens. They are awesome here.

My very favorite thing about the Olive Garden in Layton is their consistent, outstanding service.  We always seem to get the best servers who are friendly, listen and notice the detail.  We had Eric as our server the other day and not only did he do all of the above but suggested a new entree that I hadn't tried before.  It was delicious.  Food is always great and the service makes dining at Olive Garden/Layton a relaxing and pleasant experience.
