Good food and friendly staff every time I go there. This location is old and that is the only reason for 4 star review. They do need to work on keeping up with other chain restaurants by refreshing interior every so often and making it more modern. Their food comes with decent quantity. Once I had their staff make something they discontinued from the menu without any problem, it was nice of them going out of their way to accommodate that request. Overall, good place to go to.

Used to enjoy going here but have gotten tired of the mediocre food for what you pay. In our last visit on 11-4-17 we were charged $1.99 for "table games" - those annoying electronic things that take up room on the table. Someone must have messed with it briefly. We never played any games. I have no interest in returning to this place. Staff is always friendly and the place is clean, but that's about it. There are much better choices to eat for better value in the Iowa City area with no opportunity to get ripped off by video games planted at the table.

I can not say enough about how wonderful this place is. I made a reservation early in the day. Later I called to add a couple of chairs to the table and found out the reservation was misplaced. I thought I was gonna have to find a new place for our celebration. They stepped up to the challenge and not only found us space but the service was impeccable!

This Olive Garden is one of the most authentic looking I have been to. The stone work and layout is impressive and inviting. All of the food is right up to par as expected with any OG. Big menu to choose from. I am a fan of the soup and salad combo. Great service at this location.

The staff there is amazing, and if there is any issues they go above and beyond to make it better
