This is my husband & I second visit to this location. We had a great experience the first time but tonight was amazing. Our server name was "Taylor". He was very attentive, he memorized our order & everything was correct. I was happy the first visit but this second time was awesome. I recommend this location no doubt. Thank you for your hospitality Taylor. We will be asking for you from now on.

Place has definitely gone down hill. Use to enjoy a great dining experience every shopping trip with my daughter. Not welcoming upon entering. The waitress was mediocre at best. After appetizers were finished she walked away. I had to inform that we were ready to order ... salad was good as always. The soup was made with canned chicken . You know the real cheap pink looking stuff . gross. Had to ask for tea refill, to go bowls , dessert menu and check with a wait time of at least 5-7 minutes for each. The food quality went from a 10 to 6 in my books. Total time in restaurant 2 hours for a quick meal. The couple who sat near us (different waitress ) came in when our salads came out. They were finished and their leftovers were boxed for them. When I had to ask about desserts the 2nd time. Had to ask for them to go.... Then had to ask for bag for said to go dishes. I get it people have bad days . but a smile would have even gone a long way!! Finally receive the check $98 for 3 people. So not worth the $ spent .

I went in to talk to a manager about a job and he seemed very rude. He didn’t even know how to say the place I’m currently at. He said he is very busy and will be back in a few minutes to talk and I saw him just walking around talking to servers. I’m suppose to go in Sunday for a two hour orientation but I’m not going when I’ve been doing this for five years. He told me to buy a black button down shirt when I wasn’t even offered anything and the pay is lower then my current job. I asked what time to come in and I said maybe because I have things to do and a life (didn’t say that though) and he said that’s not good enough. He didn’t understand that I’m working six days this week so my availability is difficult to come in for two hours to watch videos. No thanks Olive Garden!!

Food was amazing. Waitress was good. But I gave them a 4 stars cause the hostess who sit us, sit us at a dirty table then we waited for 30 minutes before we had to go get a waiter to serve us. It all stem back the hostess didn't tell anyone that we needed served.

over half of the time service here is great, last time it was near perfect but one time I went and waited 20 minutes to be served and we had to get their attention. how would you not know that we were there, AND WE WERE SEATED TOO!
