15 minutes to be seated, 15 minutes of no waitress - Mentioned it to the manager who was about to get on it but didn't bother to stop me from walking out the front door.  To be fair, I also ate there on the way thru the first time and the waitress that time was fantastic and kinda a sweet heart.

One year later. We stopped by again, will not make this mistake again. Food sat on warmers so long it's petrified.  Manager was nice enough to take the terrible shrimp off the bill.

Very good service. Our waiter Kevin was very professional, and had a lot of hospitality. The food came out perfectly cooked, and was made quick, so we didn’t wait to eat for long. Everything about the place was amazing. The only issue we had was the Greeters and possible female servers at the front desk goofing around and being loud, which is not something you would want to sit right next to, which we did. Other than that I completely recommend coming here with your loved ones! Absolutely exquisite.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Was just visiting the area, my husband is being deployed for the Army in a few days and wanted a nice dinner out with him and our daughter.  The food was good and the waitress was nice BUT when we were paying at the table my husband sent his wallet on the table and forgot about it:/ we left the restaurant at around 9pm our hotel was an hour away, once we got there he realized he left it. I called right away and the manager said no one found a wallet. Then we demanded he check the security cameras. Apparently they are not allowed to have them in the restaurant. Sketchy. We were so mad. It almost jeopardized him from shipping out in a few days, why can’t the wait staff be honest?? Shameful. Will NOT be returning and will be filing a police report.

Will not be returning. My friend and I were the first ones in the restaurant, not offered wine, in fact the glasses were just removed. It was obvious the bread sticks were reheated from the day before. They were rock hard. When the waiter brought them to the table, he didn't even approach the table, he threw them onto it from the next table over. He never asked if our cheese portion was correct on salad or soup. Every time he approached our table, he kept his back to me, and only asked my friend if she wanted a refill. Didn't ask about dessert. 
The manager never made rounds, instead, she stood in view flirting with the male wait staff. Absolutely horrid experience

The service here is always good. The restaurant is always clean and odor free. The food is, well...It's Olive Garden.
