Like my mom always said "Never go to a restaurant on a Saturday night near the holidays.." While it was very busy, we were not greeted at all. They shoved a beeper in our hand and said 15-20 minutes. When it was time to be seated, a lady just waved us through and didn't say a word. She just pointed at out table. They salt and pepper shakers were sticky and the seats were filthy. We sat there waiting for another 10 minutes before a server came to us. And she just said "what do y'all want to drink?" She didn't even introduce herself. The entire service was this way, our server stayed distant and she came off as lost and rude. I was told that they were out of what I wanted to eat and I had to settle for something else. It took literally an hour and 15 minutes after we got our drinks to get out food. They food was less than mediocre. The chicken parmesan tasted of old and used oil and they stuck a spoon in the middle of the fettuccine. No attention to detail. We called our server only to ask for more bread sticks but she assumed we needed to speak to a manager. And didn't ask if we needed anything. Our total check came to $95 for a family of four and the food wasn't even good. I felt bad for leaving a small tip on a $100 check but this visit was absolutely horrible. Never will we have dinner here. Would have been nice to have a manager come talk to us. But no.

My waitress was amazing, when I accidentally got caviar (I'm allergic to it) she actually notified the manager who came out and made sure everything was alright. I had even said I loved the bread there and asked for a to go box and she had actually given me extra. Made my night.

Very good place, has all kinds of food, not very bad want time, offers a digital club with great benefits, has good service, great food, great wines and beers and cocktails, great desserts, friendly staff, 5/5 would come again. None of the food is a bad choice, lovely scenery and elegant paintings and dish intracacy while being delicious and filling.

They said we would have a 20 min wait by it was only about 10 they were busy but very nice and the food was delicious

Our waiter was THE BEST! I can't remember his name, but he was great! Food was good too! We love pasta!
