Attempted to have lunch at the Olive Garden in Pearland on Smith Street in front of 288. My friend pulls out a hair from her month as she attempts to eat the salad. There was no apology offered other than the offer to bring another bowl. As the chicken scampi came out and my friend was moving aside the onion, she discovered another long string of hair. I brought this up to the manager in charge who mentioned she would handle the issue, and went MIA. So the bill come for $3 and change for the Alfredo Sauce. I took a picture of the the hair on the salad plate and the bill. The Scampi was removed by the time I got back to the table. Enjoy!!! 2:42 PM and looking for a place to grab a bit.

Horrible visit!! I was there today with my family for my mom’s birthday and it was by far the worst experience that I’ve ever had at Olive Garden! The waiter never asked if we wanted soup or salad, I had to tell him that I wanted soup, he did offered to bring salad and bread sticks which was never brought to us because the waiter disappear after taking our order. The plates at the table had a bad smell! When the food arrived, it was flavorless. We were all running out of drinks and some of us were still waiting for their soup or salad so my sister went to go get a manager to tell her our complains and she explained that they were making the soup which it was the reason it hadn’t been brought out but when the soup was finally brought it was cold(btw, this was after we were done with our meals). And again the waiter and manager disappear and we were still out of drinks. At this time again my sister got up and took two glasses with her to get a refill, which it was when we finally got the refillls on our drinks. Since we did bring a cake for my mom we asked for plates which the waiter did bring but forgot the forks, I guess we should’ve specified that we also needed forks. After that he brought the check! I’ve had many visits to Olive Garden in the past and I’ve never had this kind of service!

My son had a problem with his food and the waiter had it made over and also let the manager know what happened. She took step to make sure my son was satisfied with the new meal. Great customer service! Love it here!

The TOGO was extremely nice. I ordered the chicken & gnocchi soup which I love, but there’s didn’t taste as good as the soup that I’ve eaten at other Olive Gardens. The taste was extremely bland & the broth was watery.

I don't actually recommend going to this place. We ate here last night and my boyfriend got food poisoning from his seafood Alfredo. My cheese tortellini tasted off as well but I was lucky enough not to get sick.
