My family had lunch at the 40 Highway location this Sunday and our salad had a food prep glove in it. Gross! Our waitress was very apologetic and embarrassed. We were understanding and the manager did come out and apologize. I'm disappointed in the entire meal however. The meals were bland and I feel we should have been discounted somewhat for the glove calamity. Our bill was over $120.00. We will not return. Just because a customer doesn't make a scene doesn't mean they should be dismissed. Really we should have just left but the waitress was nice and it wasn't her fault.

My husband and I ate here for our anniversary and we had the best service we've had in a long time! I highly recommend Andrew, he was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our experience so well that we spoke with the manager, Adam, and told him about how happy we were. Thank you for making our anniversary a great one!

This was AWFUL. Food came out cold. Service was very slow at best. No drink after 30 minutes. Have to say will not be here again.

Fed the Pitt State Football Team for our pre-game meal at the Independence Olive Garden. Talk about great service! Everything was ready to go as soon as we arrived. Salad, bread sticks and drinks, quickly followed by the main course of spaghetti and meatballs. Fed a total of 80 people and we were back on the road 40 minutes after arriving without being rushed at all. The entire staff did an awesome job and really took great care of our team. Thanks to everyone for such great service. We'll be back!

The best Olive Garden I've ever been to. Super clean, fast, excellent servers, everyone was working efficiently. Super friendly staff. They play excellent music too.
