I was very impressed with Felix, one of the waiters there who assisted our table. I have gone out to local restaurants with my girlfriend and we have experienced some awful services before. Felix is a reminder that professionalism and exceptional service still exist in the food service industry. Well done, Felix. Two happy customers! We will be sure to ask for him again next time we are in.

We went on a Saturday night so I understand it was busy but our waiter was super rude.. We had to ask for stuff two or three times and he still forgot. He got my son's drink wrong.. He also flat outsold us because another table that came after us was a bigger party than us that it was going to take up most of his time so if we need anything we were going to have to get his attention. THEN on top of that went the bill went through our bank in was $10 MORE than it should of been!!!! I will not be returning to the olive garden

Stopped by here on a Weds evening about 8:20 PM. There were alot of empty tables and no wait at the front so we figured it was a good time. We had 6 in our group and were told it would be 20 minutes. Huh? Meanwhile smaller groups were being say right away and when I asked the hostess about being seated at one of the many empty tables she said that section was closed. We have come across this at other Olive Gardens before and it's not cool. So we went to return buzzer and also told the manager why we were leaving. He (I think his name was Jason?) immediately said he would accommodate us and had a table (in the section that was closing) set up for us. 
We then had a good meal but even better service from Will! He was outstanding! Attentive, funny and fun. Thanks you guys for turning our evening around!

The food is pretty good, but it seems like they keep raising their prices. It's now quite expensive to bring a family here for dinner. They have less expensive options for lunch (before 3 PM) but they only serve about half the food you would normally get for dinner there. The servers are usually very helpful and friendly. I've been here many times and I don't think I've ever had bad service. The restaurant gets busy for dinner on the weekends, but you can put your name on a wait list and they will save your place on line.

I don't usually get to go orders here but tonight was a different occasion. Needless to say, both meals were a HUGE disappointment.  Definitely an Olive Garden FAIL. My ravioli was over cooked and bright yellow and hardly any sauce, and the other meal the noodles were way overcooked. Not a happy customer tonight.
