Olive garden used to be one of my favorite places until recent years. I felt as if Olive Garden was starting to decline in service..... That is until Brandy helped serve our family, what an amazing server. I will definitely return. Made my sons Birthday extra special. Couldnt be more pleased. I hope the owners recognize her talent and give her the props that are due.

Olive Garden used to be much better, but it is still good for a chain restaurant. We live near Little Italy in Cleveland, so we usually go there for "real" Italian meals. We always get good service and good food at Olive Garden. We don't expect "real" Italian food, but again, it's good for what it is. I had eggplant parm, and it was just fine. Salad could use a bit more excitement - mostly lettuce. Adult beverages are tasty and priced reasonably, likely because they are weaker than they should be! If you want something with more zip, I'd suggest a traditional mixture that can only be made the right way, rather than one of their concoctions. Rusty Nails are always a good choice... ;-)

The staff makes you feel like family. I walked in on a wait and actually enjoyed my wait because the hostess of the evening was amazing. She kept me smiling and laughing! Great place to dine alone or with friends and family!!!

DEFINITELY WANT TIME TO EACH MY SALAD "WHICH I AM PAYING FOR"  BEFORE MY DINNER IS SERVED!!!   DON'T WANT BOTH AT THE SAME TIME!!!     NOT SURE IF THESE IS A MEANS OF TURING AROUND THE TABLES QUICKLY,  BUT IT'S WRONG.   DEFINITELY TOLD WAITER TO HOLD DINNER UNTIL SALAD WAS FINISHED.    THIS IS NOT A DRIVE THRU.   HAS HAPPENED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE NOT BUSY!!!!!!

Food and service were excellent today.  Only downside was that ridiculous screen on the table to that you are supposed to use to pay.  Is it really so difficult to interact with the waitress to pay?  I guess the little chocolate mints were too big a drain on the bottom line so they had to drop those, too.  Maybe they got rid of the chocolates to pay for the little, stupid screens.  (Which I'm sure are completely secure and not even a little bit subject to abuse being in the hands of anyone who happens to sit at a table.)
