We went to lunch for an early Anniversary lunch at the Olive Garden. It was so delicious.   I had the Tour of Italy and my husband had the Shrimp and Chicken Carbonara. Our server Amy was awesome.Food: 5/5

Ive only ordered takeout here so I cant speak for the in person experience. I had to leave a 5 star review because me and my fiance have been disappointed by every single restaurant we have tried in Hyannis and we have tried at least 20 over the last 3 weeks. Yet a chain restaurant, olive garden, was the one that made us actually say this is great. 10/10 would recommend.

Unfortunately I was greeted by an older women who didn't even bother to say hello. Asked her for a quieter booth and you would have thought I asked her for the moon. Extremely rude. However the food is always fabulous. My waiter Shawn more than made up for my greeting. He was fantastic. I wish I got the hostess name but I'm assuming you must know who I'm speaking of. There was a delightful hostess there for years obviously she wasn't trained by her. But then how do you train kindness and an upbeat attitude.

Picked up dinner to go from here on 7/3/21. My meal was prepared by Odette and manager was Hillary. Food was quality and was they read my special request- my wife’s birthday dinner. And they also included a chocolate dessert to celebrate. Very considerate staff. Also delicious food!!

This location has been consistent in great quality and service since its opening. Most recently we had a delicious late lunch with our very attententive server, Amber. She went above and beyond to make her tables happy while also working the bar area. If you want some reliably delicious comfort food at an affordable price, this Olive Garden is always a good choice!

They no longer serve veal parmesan because its means to cows. Service was mediocre at best. We stood at the hostess counter for 15mins before someone finally came to seat us. Couldnt get veal, so I opted for spaghetti with sausage. Spaghetti was way over cooked amd the sausage was tasteless and rubbery. Very disappointedFood: 2/5

Food was good, well prepared,  served hot and in large quantities. We didn't like the service felt that it was rushed. The box started arriving in the middle of dinner for the left over calamari from appetizers course. The same was the case for the boxes for dinner they got to the table before we finished dinner. This place does not have large dinner tables so with dinner plates and boxes it became difficult to eat.  Features: No special covid related safety precautions and procedures were in place during our visit.

Our overall experience was good, although when we went there was very few customers so we may have gotten more attention than normal. All food very good and plentyful very tasty. Price is on the high side. Beware when your kids play on the ipad device on the table you are charged for it which I feel is a scam, bad games to keep kids entertained should be free.  Overall good experience though restaurant is nice and clean and staff are friendly.

Fantastic service at this location! We had a variety of different food restrictions, and both the servers and the cooks were really nice about all our questions, and even brought out samples of the sauces to try. They never agreed like we were inconveniencing them while we were ordering or the many times we asked for more bread sticks, lol. Overall, we had a great dinner here, they cater well to people with food allergies and vegans alike, and so I would highly recommend this place!
